why am i blogging now at 9 in the morning? hahaha.. ugh my boss until now still haven come la! like i was here since 8.10am.. wonder if he's coming at all. if not, i would need to think of ways to help me slack thru today sigh. boring boring.
some events i meant to blogged abt but i was too lazy:
company dinner
ok, my first ever company (or dept) dinner is at orchard cafe in orchard hotel. yumm the food there was like fabulusa! and aftrwards my stomach was like expanded to 5 times its size haha. no joke ok. lets see, i ate some creamy cod, a piece of roasted duck, half a very spicy curry puff thingy, 5 sashimi, 2 alaska abalone, 2 pieces of thai chicken, 1 unagi sushi, 1 fat prawn, mashmallow with choc, choc mousse cake, coffee cheese cake, choc cake, mango cake, strawberry short cake, coffee mousse (YUMM), a small butter cake and bread pudding. haha. a bit greedy but hey i dint even finish half the food available there. sigh. pity its dinner. but still its one of the most satisfying dinner i had and the 3 of us were like in cloud nine pigging.
squad dinner
yay! after planning for so long it finally materialised. so called. only half the squad turned up but still its very nice catching up and all. we talked non-stop all the way (minus time for eating) and yeah everyone is still very lovable heehee. pity enli beng tiffy naimah vera hashy cant come. must must organise a proper outing soon ok! like a mere dinner is not enough pls. shall think of a day..
ok boss still not back. omg. how m i going to spend my day..

work is becoming mundane. no comments.
got a new colleage ytd! poor michelle quitted before i get to know her very well and yarh this new girl is here to help amy now. quite poor thing ah, started work on the very first day (when the rest of us get to slack a bit first heh heh). haven get to talk to her yet, hope she dont think i m tao or sth lol.
went to send balds off ytd. quite sad la, only 2 of us(nice nice me who rushed straight from work and lilyyy) rep ac/scone and loads of sc girls hahaha.. krn's dressed in geok's fav colour (too bad you ain there or you would rush to hug her or sth). sigh. i will miss krn and suanning of her haopengyous and baldness. must keep in contact by facebk!
oh yeah. and my bro got his posting results today. ngee ann poly, psychology. i think he is quite satisfied with it even though he cant get into cj heh. jiayou brother~

happy belated valentine's day!! ok ytd was like the most unhappening valentine's day in my life (exclude pri sch) basically i just went to work in the morning, and go home and watch tv aft that. hahaha. fullstop. lucky me, sth interesting happened at least. my nice nice dept boss (who gave everyone 2 oranges and an angbao containing 2 choc coins during cny) gave all the female workers 1 rose each! haha and in return the female workers gave him a surprise - blueberry cheesecake. yummyyyy.. since i paid for neither, the temp staff like me get the best of both worlds lol. so it did cheer me up a little that my colleages (whom i m still not very close with btw) err.. shares a very gd relationship? heh.
slpovr tonight! haha.. dunno if it would still be ongoing judging by the no-plan situation. sigh.

HEH. i m typing this frm work (lunch break). well too late to wish everyone a happy CNY now. anyway, its a nice 4 day break for me! ok i admit its quite boring some days, but the movie cj7 was super funny! laughed till my stomach hurts really. watched ahlong pte ltd too, but i feel like it wasnt as gd (no offense. its purely my own comment). and its nice catching up with cousins whom i dont meet often. but card playing was baddd.. lost nearly 20bucks owch. but still its only once a yr, so lost money also must play haha. sigh.
met up with fellow honkies ytd for lunch! tim sum at crystal jade wooo.. not bad not bad. but krn went to eat lunch before meeting us! which defeats the whole purpose of us treating her. hahaha.. gd thing joanne was a gd mum and *coaxed her to eat some.
and i had this ultra weird dream last night! like i was working in some science lab place and was very stressed coz tiff and saki keep telling me i m late for squad outing! and yar like only 5 ppl turned up and they were commenting on how the no. of ppl who turned up decreases every yr blah blah. so sad! we must have a REAL squad outing soon where everyone can come ok!
today is monday and i alr cant wait for wkends to come!

yooooo... the first wk of work is ovr! lets see.. my job is definitely mundane but yet the production line is interesting and i have nvr learnt so many uses of barcodes. all in all it's better than bumming around at home. basically my job currently is some data entry (and i hav to find data all ovr the place to compile into a nice neat doc) and i predict that my job will change pretty soon to help out another temp colleague of mine, whose job is what i heard to be even more boring haha. no prob, at least the ppl there are rather nice! one of the bosses even gave the entire staff 2 oranges and 1 angbau (which consist of 2 choc coins. sigh). and and and i found out that my new friends (2 temp staff like me and a contract staff) had been eating frm the same stall for most of the past 3 wks! wow. i find that quite amazing lol.
enough abt work. meeting up with friends the past 2 days in the wkend cheered me up a lot. met weegs amelia and yiting for dinner on fri at nyny, where we had lots of fun with the candy floss (like making fake beard etc). hahaha.. laughed ourselves silly in short. then we had our usual walk to the esplanade before heading back. ahh.. talked to them for very very long.. its so good to just catch up with old old friends. met geok pau fang and krn for 27 dresses as well ytd morning! wah good thing i told them to meet earlier can! only pau and i were on time! haha and i we were so worried krn would overslp. the movie was quite nice la. not bad. then we went to eat thai food aftwards and it was so freaking cold. heard loads of interesting stories of geok and her many kids over fabulous thai fried kway teow. i think she would make a very happy mother with many kids nxt time haha! we shall see.
work again tmr! at least cny is coming yes!
