i dint blog for so long and sooooo many things happened in btw i dont think i can rmb to blog everything down lol. hm. lets start frm..
1. 18/7 driving test --> x_x (quite understood rite?)
2. 19/7 went for my bday dinner the nxt day(a belated one coz i got no mood to celebrate on my bday itself rmb?) at some golf place. quite funny coz my family totally just went there for the food and it was quite obvious we don't play golf heh. the food was not bad and i think they were quite overpriced. but the ambience was really gd with the perfect sceneric view of the golf-course and also the NDP rehersal helicoptors and the plane performance! so it's a really nice place to dine.. on a saturday nearing ndp. haha.
4. 21/7, i finally-inally had our squad dinner!! saki and i agreed to the fullest that planning a squad outing is getting so very difficult! yes anw. supposed to meet at 6pm central but well u knw what happened. ate at manhattan's fish and tried the alaskan bollock thing (i m quite sick of dory) and i quite like the taste. oh and i finally get to see tiffy and yq and HASHY! OMY. those 3 ppl i haven seen for the longest of time i think! and shaz was funnily uncontactable.. hm. she is very much missed! as usual, my wacky squad and i talked and crapped and made so much noise! hahaha.. i was like laughing thru out the dinner at the silliest comments by dear hashy/jh lols! like the waiter-who-keep-ignoring-poor-hashy, yq's chinaman, hashy and jh being themselves etc. oh and not to mention the taking of many unglam pics of cos. aft beng left, we went to meet enli who sneaked out of camp! naughty girl but yeah i totally agree with it coz we get to meet her lol. ohoh and smth funny happened outside azabu sabo (which for some reason saki and hashy find the name extremely amusing), and it had smth to do with yq and her skirt! hahahahaha.. i really miss times like those man, it was always so easy to laugh till yr tummy aches and so easy to just talk. can we PLEASE try to meet up more often?
5. 22/7, had my long-waited Belgium Waffles outing! only me pau mindy and krn went tho.. anw, thanks to my oh-so-good-and-dependable memory, we got lost right frm the beginning aft we got off the mrt loL! took a cab to golden mile instead. at first we saw this closed waffle shop and i tell u my heart just sank all the way to my flip-flops when some drinks stall auntie told us tues is their freaking off day. and guess what! we walked ard somemore and found the waffles stall just ard the corner! WTH RIGHT! then the waffles guy was like huh, they dont have a rest day or smth. omg that auntie almost cause us to go off somewhere else la! dunno then anyhow say grrrrr. ohyes anw, the belgium choc is so heavenly can! i think the waffles are ok and some fruits (like honeydew and grapes) tasted weird with choc. the greentea icecream was fabulousa and the superlemon icecream was scrunching-up-face sour. on the whole we agreed the choc was the best haha! we really finished every scrape of it with our spoons =d
we went off exploring part of singapore aftwards in a bus i had nvr taken before lol. took many photos on the bus and we pointed out many landmarks loudly with comments like 'HEY. i have nvr seen this place before' (i think everyone was staring). we brilliantly missed the bugis stop coz none of us pressed the bell and got off at esplanade finally. our stop was really sceneric and we camwhored somemore there with all the pretend-eat poses. it was really really funny hahaha.. esp pau! she was laughing away while 'eating' the boat, so cute! yep, really enjoyed myself that day (i think the choc got us all high) and its the last day i met up with dear pau and krn boo. take care of yrselves in aussie k!
6. ohmy. what an extremely long post. okok keep it short. went og outing the nxt day aft rag, at vivo. watched the dark knight, quite a gd movie tho i dont quite understand the front and i really do think its quite a deep movie with all the moral conflicts and stuff lol. and a bit distracted frm the sniffling at cons' side lol. had toastbox supper aftwards and yesh, more photos!

oh yes. almost forgot to thank the following ppl for wishing me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY/gd luck for test. each of yr msg made me feel loved:)
my entire og with their cake and notes, krn, geoks, kareen, LILY FRM MICHIGAN!!, valen, fangus, xiao-mindy, pau, weijian, feli, zihui, yuting, qinwen, BEK, yuxiu, yiting, Ahbeng, saratree,, zhihui(cousin), and my fellow zhixin(t)!
yeah sorry if i dint reply to yr sms coz my phone bill went skyhigh lol.
omg omg OH MY GOD!! my drvg test is tmr and i m sooo not prepared! all my inst felt that i need more practice and i have the exact same sentiments. omg.
anw, a lot of things had happened lately in which i m too lazy to blog in detail.
1. Sleepover III + Scone sentosa outing
sleepover was fun fun fun as usual! went krn's place at 8+pm and i met geoks krn and mindy on my way there (my parents gave me a lift). went to play with the swings and this weird DNA rotating thing which was quite fun! pau and fang joined us later in the night. brought my jam oatmeal cookies and they said its quite nice hee hee hee! spent the night playing asshole daidee, mahjong, eating delicious hk mooncakes as forfeit, taking photos with all sorts of weird ballet/monkey poses and watching the horrible terrible movie ps: i love you. its sooooo not touching and disjointed and we ended up complaining abt the movie all the way lol. i fell aslp halfway thru i think.

nxt morning, we went to vivo to meet the rest of the class for sentosa outing! muong the staple food provider dint turn up so we ended up eating lunch at food republic first lol. went sentosa and found out that there's some beachball thingy and so we had to settle ourselves at a pathetic stone-bleaches-y corner. haha. so its a day at the beach without much sand and sea and loads of card games =.= still fun nonetheless coz its the COMPANY that counts!
2. Minerva's 1st ever OG outing
went late coz i went back to ac in the aftn. ate the sch food and visited tchers and was sad to find out ms_ was still on leave and ms_ wasnt feeling well :(( took jumpshots too which werent very successful.
OG outing was fun too! went there with choohua and shuyi and it was hilarious coz both of us went around with choohua to find the last cake (which was for me and shuyi's bday. lol. so surprise wah). got a very very pretty box full of msg frm og and ogls:)) gave cons and ahcai their ogl thankyou present and i m really glad they seems to like it hee hee. end of my ogl-gift worry. played taboo and found out that shuyi was a very talented taboo-er. lol. average 10 cards per min! went off aftwards to central for dinner and we actually sat and yakked at the kopitiam frm 6pm to 9pm. we're really such a yakky gang of ppl lol. yep. hurray for a successful outing! :D

aha.
i had been back to baking lately! went to yuting's hse ytd after rag session and met up with evon, aline and zihui as well! we were quite productive! baked a brownie, a cheesecake and choc chip cookies hee. okok we cheated and used betty crocker mix for the brownie and choc chip cookies but it still involved mixing and the oven right. being the fantastic bakers we are, we managed to get our brownie chao tar (yesh even with the instant mix) and become chocolate crumble instead of brownie. furthermore, our cheesecake became cheese'kueh' and the cookies were rather browner than the cover pic lol. ignoring the ugly appearance and unbrownish texture , our brownie was really tasty as a chocolate crumble/cake LOL. yep we finished every scrap of it! as for the cheesekueh.. yeah its still nice as a kueh la. lol.

went off to meet pau fang geoks and krn aft that! awwww i was really oh-so-happy to see pau and balds!! :D pau looks pretty much the same but can't say the same for krn's hair (LOL. no lar.. we dint say u look like paul 2hill). nice yakking session:D
my hse ran out of cookies so feeling very bored, i baked again today! made 1 tub+ of delicious(i hope) jam and oatmeal cookies! yeah, 've been craving for oatmeal cookies. i thought it turned out quite nice but a tad bit too sweet. anw i still wanna show them off here hee!

elllooooo civilisation! i m back from nouveau (the pharmacy FOC)!! which means 'new' in french. i feel like giving a blow-by-blow rundown on how so uberly super fun the camp was but hahaha of coz yr dear friend here is much too lazy to type them all out.
so. i landed in the group of Minerva, who was a roman goddess of wisdom and might. there only 5 other ogs and no clans coz we are quite a small bunch of ppl.. 73 ppl turned up for camp out of 150. the theme was some medieval thing so all the groups were named aft gods of different cultures la, can't rmb all. there are abt and surprisingly evon is in my og! hahahah! such a coincidence right!! i thought they would purposely separate ppl from the same sch or smth but yah. other members are huiyang, jieshyang, immanuel, dennis, siti, simin, shuyi, choohua, rachel and yirong with ogl constance and alvin. quite a mouthful of chinese names ha. so our grp was the smallest one at first with 2 missing ppl but yo we were small but competent ok! -quoted huiyang-
at the beginning my og was really really quiet (except for siti) and yah i was really glad how we turn out to mix quite well in the end. i was so very gratified that i decided to go for the camp aft all, as thru it i can see how the pharmacy snrs and fellow freshmen are all so very nice and friendly.
other than new friends made in og, there are also many others made thru cg (campfire group), sp (secret pal) and 2-og-share-one-chalet layout. which is very gd coz it reduces the chances of me feeling small and lost on the first day of sch.
in summary, i got randomly picked as group i/c on the 1st day and all i did was to look aft the flag and make sure no one is missing hahaha.. we played some si zi lu kou thing then, which sort of break the ice btw us. basically we ran all ovr singapore finding food and completing tasks. at night, we were splitted into campfire grps (cg) to discuss abt campfire items and then intro-ed to our sp. like each pair was blindfolded and we were supposed to talk and stuff in the dark. hahaha quite funny..
the nxt few days were all playing games in changi beach and it involved thousands of water bombs i swear. and some sort of strategy planning coz of the war btw ogs. like have to earn money in game stations, buy materials for castle building (out of cardboxes), buy bombs etc. yeah, it was all immensely fun. and there's a haunted hse thing but i was so zonked i really cant bring myself to be scared by the snrs-aka-ghosts hahaha! oops. but yeah i wud say its alot better than my scone-haunted hse in funorama last time. oh and yeah i knew who is my sp long before sp night when they are supposed to be revealed coz he was in the og sharing the same chalet LOL. learnt how to play asshole daidi. learnt how to play iem-chi-chi. learnt how to play slap-och-obiobi. saw the enthusiasm in my og-mates. saw the passion in my ogls and other snrs for the faculty (to-be) and yeah i was pretty touched heh.
oh and we got second last (sekhmat got last hahaha! we got -700 pts while they got -800 pts coz we turned against each other during the clash of civilasations lol. tgt with trashing frm morrigan and bishamonten we totally chui-ed. i think its quite funny)
which is partly why i got psycho-ed into rag float-building. the other 2 reason are of coz to be able to see my og and ogls more regularly la, and coz camp always some how got my very psyched up for a couple of wks. and yeah coz i got nothing better to do anw. actually i was pretty tempted to join the dance part but u knw la, yr dear friend here dont have a single dancing bone in her body and has terrible left-right coordination and is stiff as a block of wood. so goes there.
yeps. so 3 cheers for an excellent camp! :D
